Wheel Being is a cycling program aiming at adults with barriers to getting active. We offer social rides and 1:1 sessions in different areas of Glasgow.
Cycling being a form of transport is one of the easiest ways to fit exercise into your daily routine. It saves you money, gets you fit and is good for the environment. It's a low-impact type of exercise, so it's easier on your joints than running or other high-impact aerobic activities. All you need is some comfy clothes and a waterproof jacket.
