Intro to Mindfulness

Mindfulness can reduce stress and anxiety, and promote a sense of calmness and wellbeing. It can help you be more aware of how you are in the moment and stop a racing mind. Guided exercises will help you focus on your breath to relax the body and reduce tension.

This free 6 week course is provided by Melissa Gillen, a trained health and wellbeing coach who lived in Gorbals.
